Service Operations Specialist

Supporting the DACH region, Must speak Fluent German.

This very interesting position is in Milton Keynes and reports to the Service Delivery manager EMEA. This is a key position which provides support Internal Service teams in all forms and medias. This will include but is not limited to Service Contract and MP creation. Processing spare part returns from customers and field service engineers and completing work orders for customer Invoicing.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer orders for Service Contracts.
  • Create Maintenance plans jobs (PM’s) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC.
  • Process all completed work orders from Field Service engineers through to Invoicing the customer.
  • Process spare parts returns, and monitor their progress through the process.
  • Maintain Service Inventory.
  • Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department.
  • Work closely with the complete Service Delivery team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Book collections with logistics companies.
  • Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Services team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.

  • The post requires the successful candidate to be highly organized, flexible, able to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines. High sense of integrity and compliance.
  • High customer orientation planning, organizational and decision-making ability, prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience in multitasking jobs requiring parallel processing of multiple activities
