Project Manager.

CM Life Science are proud to partner with a leading health and wellbeing company, specialising in cutting edge point of care health services. As they continue their impressive rate of growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team!

 

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organisation and delivery of key projects, both internal and for new client initiatives. As their project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.

 

Project Manager Duties:

 

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, liaising with client’s project teams, budget management and ensuring project timelines.

 

Project Manager Requirements:

 

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, and budgeting. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Their go to project management solution is Click Up and experience of using this platform for complex deliverables would be advantageous.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/clients for the flawless execution of projects
  • Schedule and manage project click off meetings with relevant parties from across the organisation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Define and own ORAT processes for seamless project rollout
  • Create project templates to implement standardised best practice

 

Requirements

 

  • Project management accreditation in a recognised modern methodology e.g. Critical Chain, Agile, PRINCE2, SRMP / APM qualifications.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager
  • Experience of using Click Up management platform
  • Solid Project Management background, with understanding or hands-on experience in delivering results.
  • Experience of project managing delivery of digital and non-digital projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s Degree
