Customer Support Coordinator .

The Hague - Netherlands Fixed Salary

My client is one of the biggest companies in the manual liquid handling space and they are looking for someone to provide outstanding customer service and sales support to their growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Answering customer questions regarding order status, stock availability and pricing.
  • Develop basic technical knowledge of products and procedures and be able to provide 1st level of technical support.
  • Create new customers accounts and update existing customer accounts in database.
  • Update CRM with relevant information.
  • Support quote process using our CRM system.
  • Manage public and private tenders.
  • Communicate clearly in German and English (both written and oral).

I need someone with experience to come into this role and hit the ground running!
